The proposal for this industrial zone aims to reduce the landscape impacts resulting from the modeling of the land necessary for the implementation of platforms for the lots and other infrastructures of the center, as well as the creation of a bold urban image, common to the remaining seven centers planned for the Business City of the municipality of Paços de Ferreira.
In addition to the specificities of a biophysical nature (very rugged topography), the aim was to respond to the need to make the project compatible with the various legal constraints that affect the intervention area.
