Execution project for outdoor spaces, with the aim of creating in this development, resulting from an old farm, superior quality outdoor areas, which constitute a reference image associated with environmental sustainability, whilst simultaneously making the most of the visual exposure of the intervention area – view over the River Douro and Gaia, contributing to the densification of an emblematic green area for the city and ensuring privacy for residents and visitors to this place.
