The proposal to requalify the old soap factory into an office center is based on a perspective of contemporary, urbanity and ecological integration, being environmentally balanced and compatible with the functions. It is also a space with concerns for human and social integration, comfort, amenities, ensuring areas for socialization and conviviality. The private outdoor space solution brings together areas of integration and leisure, garden, circulation, 22 parking spaces and bicycle parking, ensuring accessibility and permeability greater than 60%.

The space is currently occupied, in its entirety, by the Portuguese startup Talkdesk, based in San Francisco, which has guaranteed all the installation conditions for its office in Porto.
