The proposal is characterized by maximizing landscape integration within the scope of the requalification of the existing property in accordance with the new uses and usufructs to be considered. The aim is to ensure a greater outdoor experience and a more frank and open relationship between the interior and exterior spaces, encouraging spaces of pleasant enjoyment that share one another.
The intervention in the outdoor space is subdivided into two large typologies of distinct character, the Mediterranean and the tropical, and also includes a small “vertical garden” dominated by aromatic plants.
