The objective of this project was the requalification and definition of a new structure in the original garden, maintaining much of the existing vegetation, and responding to the client’s expectations. After some meetings to exchange ideas and survey the existing vegetation, a formal language was defined capable of articulating the functions of the outdoor areas, and providing the planted areas with a new coherence and aesthetic balance.

Priority was given to easily adapting the vegetation to the conditions of the coastal location of the intervention area, as well as minimizing the need for future maintenance of the garden.
