Located at the northern entrance to the city of Espinho, the requalification proposal aims to create a space that is not only a gateway to the city but, above all, a large reception and distribution hall, with the creation of pedestrian circulation spaces and areas of stay and leisure with a privileged view of the sea.
The proposal we present not only guarantees the connection with the project already in the construction phase of ReCaFE (Requalification of the Espinho railway channel), but also organizes and articulates the remaining connections to the city center, namely through Rua 20.
