The proposal for the Requalification of the Espinho Railway Canal – ReCaFe, known as “Alameda 8”, intends to transform this Alameda into the “Living Room” of Espinho, where we welcome residents and visitors. The urban requalification of this Avenue is assumed, highlighting the reorganization of road and pedestrian flows, the implementation of the cycle path, stay and recreation areas that will interact with the proposed green spaces and the existing urban fabric, favoring the dynamics of experiences , the enjoyment of the space and traditional commerce in the surrounding area.
